Description
Real‑Time Tracking using Track3D allowed us to monitor and document site progress as it happened.
Component Visualization showed which elements were already installed and which areas were actively under construction.
Workflow Awareness provided insight into the current stage of the crew’s tasks and overall workflow.
3D Mapping enabled updates to be mapped into a 3D environment for clearer spatial understanding.
Cross‑Group Coordination helped us compare tasks across teams and ensure workloads were balanced.
Project Health Snapshot offered a clear overview of progress, making it easier to identify bottlenecks.
Team Alignment kept all groups informed and synchronized on next steps.
