Purpose
The Time on Tools Study is a field‑based productivity analysis used to benchmark labor efficiency across trades. Using standardized Excel templates, we recorded worker status during site walks — including active tool time, non‑productive movement, and safety‑related pauses.
The resulting dataset provides a clear picture of actual labor utilization, helping our client optimize trade partner budgets and improve overall workflow planning.
Trade Efficiency Analysis
I created a Progress Dashboard to transform raw field observations into actionable insights. By compiling trade‑level statistics into Excel, the dashboard ranks productivity, highlights inefficiencies, and displays trends through graphs and charts. While the real dashboard is confidential, the reference image demonstrates the type of visual reporting used.
